Copyright Policy
Sixhand respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright, and how to report content you believe infringes your rights.
1. Your responsibility
You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload to Sixhand — profile photos, résumés, portfolio files, logos, and any other content. Don't post anything that infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights.
2. Reporting infringing content
If you believe content on Sixhand infringes your copyright, send a notice to us via the Send Feedback page that includes:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific location (URL or listing) of the material you claim is infringing.
- Your contact information (name, email, and if applicable, phone number).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information: identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your signature.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights.
